      Good benefits, vacation and that's about it

      Cons

      No work/life balance..all work. Salary position, although it is "expected" of uou to work many extra hours. Can't keep a full staff..very poor mgmt

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
