      Cares about employees and works to make them better. Great work-life balance, plus fair evaluations and management team that supports employees. Onsite, hybrid, and remote options for many jobs. Preference is to promote from within before hiring from the outside.

      Cons

      Plenty of work and need to prioritize how much you do and how many hours you work. If you aren't paying attention to your work-life balance you can slide into burn-out.

      Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

      Cons

      Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
