Hybrid with 3 days fully remote and 2 days in office, decent benefits and 20 days of PTO.
Cons
Completely unrealistic workloads and almost nonexistent work/life balance. The salary is laughable for the amount of stress this job will put you under. Management is complacent doesn’t offer opportunity to grow because there’s no one to replace you if you decide to leave for a better position within the company. If you’re a top producer, you won’t hear from your manager for months at a time.
