      Team is great to work with. Great learning environment, growth opportunities, not too much of a workload. Flexible working hours and not a pressure to work 10 hour days. Advancement/progression opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Starting pay lower than industry average. Company targets only 3% annual increases, which barely keeps pace with inflation and is less than inflation in recent years.

      High workload, minimal adjustments to metrics, lots of system issues, not enough active mentoring, terrible communication between departments/teams at times especially HR, employee benefits & claims, and management.
