      Excellent work like balance, good benefits and Pay is average.

      Cons

      Very little work. If you work more than 20 hrs a week you are much above average employee. You do get bored but it is a job to pay bills.

      Cons

      High workload, minimal adjustments to metrics, lots of system issues, not enough active mentoring, terrible communication between departments/teams at times especially HR, employee benefits & claims, and management.
