Pros

If you could sell benefit packages to large employers you would make excellent money. You would have to have excellent skill sets to accomplish the goals, but you would be rewarded nicely for the sales. The harder you worked, the more sales, the more money you would make.

Cons

There is a glass ceiling that is difficult to deal with. Women generally did not recieve equal pay or opportunity to go into sales management positions.

Pros

Great benefits, amazing PTO starting off, company promotes inclusivity and promotion from within.

Cons

The leadership structure seems too complicated. Soooo many team leads. Certain lines of business do not have options for switching teams if you do not get along with your manager.
