Not sure where I'm going with the company. - Anonymous employee The Hartford Employee Review

I have worked at The Hartford for five years and have held three positions. While I am currently not in what I thought would be considered "entry level" position, I am treated as if I am by management. Development in the current climate is non-exsistent and there seems to be a wall that you reach and very few employees seem to ever break through. Although I am considered an "exceptional" employee, management focuses solely on stats and metrics as opposed to development, advancement and talent retention discussions with me.
