For hardcore IT software professionals who do not need green card(US citizens and green card holders: This place is a night mare. All techincal work is outsourced to Indian companies and done offshore in India. Those Indian companies try to push as much of their people as possible to US locations. Their billing rate is more than American citizen's compensation. These Indian contractors both onshore and offshore are a closeted group and do not cooperate, knowledge share with local Americans. Management gag complaining American employees because in their perception the are saving money by offshoring IT work.
