This is my first experience in a corporate setting. There have been a couple of times that people "passed the buck" on other people and no one wanted to take responsibility. I'm used to working in a smaller setting. If a task was not completed, there is no one to hide behind or to blame. Other than that, I have nothing but positive things to say about the organization. The pay could be better, but the benefits package makes up for what the salary is lacking. I wanted a job with promise of advancement and security, and I have found it.
