You cannot speak up and be honest about the management. Numerous surveys go out which reflect poor management, yet nothing is ever done but have more meetings and more surveys Too many people doing quality scores and managers who have a common goal of moving up the ladder and working on their green belts/DNA projects instead of helping their staff and answering questions. Very poor IT department, no one knows what the other person is doing. Total trainwreck in claims..maybe better in other departments.
