Pros

If I had to choose something, the only real perk was not having to commute—but even that didn’t make the job worth it.

Cons

stressful, and you’re often left dealing with blatantly disrespectful and sometimes racist customers, with little to no protection or genuine support from leadership. What makes it worse is that no matter how well you perform, it’s never truly acknowledged. Your manager will always find something negative to pick at, even if it’s something small or insignificant. There’s a constant feeling of being under a microscope and undervalued—especially if you’re doing well. And if you’re remote? Don’t expect to move up. Advancement opportunities are virtually nonexistent for remote employees. Internal job postings feel performative—your applications are ignored or passed over in favor of in-office staff, regardless of performance or qualifications. It becomes very clear, very quickly, who the favorites are. The mental exhaustion, lack of appreciation, toxic micromanagement, and systemic barriers for growth made this role completely unsustainable. If you’re looking for a role where you’re respected, supported, or seen as more than a number—this isn’t it.

Pros

Great benefits, amazing PTO starting off, company promotes inclusivity and promotion from within.

Cons

The leadership structure seems too complicated. Soooo many team leads. Certain lines of business do not have options for switching teams if you do not get along with your manager.
