      Pros

      They promote learning and licensure. Able to work at your own pace. Flexible hours. Good benefits. Nice building and good location on Riverwalk.

      Cons

      Hard to advance. Easy to get pigeon holed into certain tasks. Communication was lacking in some areas. Seems to be a lot of favoritism. Bonuses are heavily weighted out to construction more than A/E.

      Pros

      People here really know what they’re doing and the executives care about the company and its employees. Great benefits and HR is easy to work with

      None so far. Don’t see much changing

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities and some really great folks that work there. Haskell wants you to stay with them and try to help with that.

      Cons

      It is all about what project you are set up on. It can be the best expereince of your life where you learn and grow so much. Or you can repeatedly be put on projects that are under staffed, over budget, and over on schedule. You will be run into the ground without learning any practicable skills to grow into your position/next position.
