Institutionalized favoritism, insults, lies, bullying, fraternity mentality, poor treatment of non-engineering staff, deeply inconsistent management style, very poor morale and major future uncertainty. People openly and regularly talk about how poorly run the office is. Even the intern pool is deeply worried about management's behavior. Turnover is extremely high, people feel forced out and give up. If you want to know what happens when the parents skip town forever and leave the kids to raise each other then welcome aboard.
