Pros
The salary is good and there are many individuals that are good to work with
Cons
There is a lot of travel. Away from home much of the time. The pressure from upper management is enormous and your evaluation from the upper management seems to be completely off base from the reality of how you have done for the company. They seem to have a culture that you either fit into or you don't. Its hard to stay in good graces with your superiors. They also have no problem just letting you go with no real explainable reason f after having given a strong impression that you are and will be a part of the team for years to come. I've worked with them 2 times, 12 years apart and the end of my career with them was in the same fashion leaving me lost for why I'm no longer desired.
