      Received a free Haskell shirt.

      Cons

      Too much favoritism. Some people get promoted twice in a year where others get zero in 8 years even after working 60-70 hours a week. Relax atmosphere leads to very loose work ethic from team members that affects the outcome of the project as well as some team members working double shifts to maintain performance.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities and some really great folks that work there. Haskell wants you to stay with them and try to help with that.

      Cons

      It is all about what project you are set up on. It can be the best expereince of your life where you learn and grow so much. Or you can repeatedly be put on projects that are under staffed, over budget, and over on schedule. You will be run into the ground without learning any practicable skills to grow into your position/next position.
