      Great company with lots of opportunities for growth. Your career is what you make of it. For certain roles there are defined career paths and for others you have to define the path yourself. This may sound daunting but it can allow you to find areas where you can add value that others haven't thought of yet!

      Cons

      With the company growing quickly the promotion and focus of the culture can fall to the waist side.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities and some really great folks that work there. Haskell wants you to stay with them and try to help with that.

      Cons

      It is all about what project you are set up on. It can be the best expereince of your life where you learn and grow so much. Or you can repeatedly be put on projects that are under staffed, over budget, and over on schedule. You will be run into the ground without learning any practicable skills to grow into your position/next position.
