Pros

Working here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company truly values its employees, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture where everyone’s contributions are recognized. The team is made up of talented, driven individuals who are passionate about their work, making every day engaging and inspiring. As an HR Manager, I’ve been given the autonomy to make impactful decisions and support both the team and the organization in meaningful ways. The leadership is supportive and genuinely cares about employee development, making it a great place to grow professionally. The benefits package is outstanding, offering comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, and additional perks that help maintain work-life balance. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes its people like this one does, and it’s truly a privilege to be a part of such an incredible workplace. Highly recommend!

Cons

The fast-paced and ever-evolving environment can be challenging at times, but this also means there are constant opportunities for growth and development. If you're someone who thrives in dynamic settings and enjoys taking on new challenges, this is actually a great opportunity to push yourself and expand your skill set.

Pros

Lots of opportunities and some really great folks that work there. Haskell wants you to stay with them and try to help with that.

Cons

It is all about what project you are set up on. It can be the best expereince of your life where you learn and grow so much. Or you can repeatedly be put on projects that are under staffed, over budget, and over on schedule. You will be run into the ground without learning any practicable skills to grow into your position/next position.
