Pros
It is a rapidly growing company that is a leader in most markets it is in which leads to the ability to work on a wide variety of large projects. They pay relatively well and have been performing incredibly strong from a financial standpoint in recent years. They are constantly trying to evolve and stay ahead of the curve.
Cons
Teams are often understaffed which leads to overwork for a lot of employees. I don't think this is something that is specifically a Haskell problem, most likely more of an industry wide problem. The benefits are below average. They have an extremely low 401k match, but do have an ESOP. They have pretty average health/dental/vision insurance. They have a pretty weak PTO program and maternity/paternity leave. They also do PTO based on time served with the company rather than title which makes it harder to recruit senior level staff.
