Management is professional and isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty if need be. The executive sous chef is quite the character , but he cares immensely.Always making sure quality always goes out ,Never taking a pass, and truly has an understanding of food and will answer any question one may have. Thank you chef

Not everyone in the building cares so sometimes you will have to go to a little bit more work.

management is manipulative and does not care about you at all. it's fine for the servers at least they make good money to put up with it buy backserving? expect maximum disrespect and no appreciation after working 12 hours and only making 100 dollars. do not back server here. not worth it. they even lowered hourly from 8 to minimum wage. L. O. L.
