The experience and knowledge you’ll gain as well as the skills you’ll gain. Organization and time management becomes a skill you will pick up on with each day.

Cons

Not being given the raise when given a promotion until it’s convenient for the company, IMO.

management is manipulative and does not care about you at all. it's fine for the servers at least they make good money to put up with it buy backserving? expect maximum disrespect and no appreciation after working 12 hours and only making 100 dollars. do not back server here. not worth it. they even lowered hourly from 8 to minimum wage. L. O. L.
