Pros

The people. I loved my experience because of my coworkers. The restaurant was very clean and ran smoothly because of the high standards it is held to as a corporate business. Because of its connection to Cheesecake and FRC, this is a great place to work in terms of growth - whether that be from server to bar or from host to regional manager.

Cons

Waiting tables is a high stress job, but the money is worth it once you understand what sells.

management is manipulative and does not care about you at all. it's fine for the servers at least they make good money to put up with it buy backserving? expect maximum disrespect and no appreciation after working 12 hours and only making 100 dollars. do not back server here. not worth it. they even lowered hourly from 8 to minimum wage.
