More benefits for full time employees, they expect a lot from you in terms of training, what you put forth, etc. unless you are top of the top position here, you are probably not getting what you deserve.

flexibility was great t b h

management is manipulative and does not care about you at all. it's fine for the servers at least they make good money to put up with it buy backserving? expect maximum disrespect and no appreciation after working 12 hours and only making 100 dollars. do not back server here. not worth it. they even lowered hourly from 8 to minimum wage. L. O. L.
