The people they hire truly are the BEST. They hire the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful people.

Cons

It's my first restaurant job so I'm not used to the inconsistent hours, but besides that it is great and everyone on the team truly does work together to get things done. Management is also great at answering questions and making things as best as possible.

management is manipulative and does not care about you at all. it's fine for the servers at least they make good money to put up with it buy backserving? expect maximum disrespect and no appreciation after working 12 hours and only making 100 dollars. do not back server here. not worth it. they even lowered hourly from 8 to minimum wage. L. O. L.
