Long hours, work can be exhausting and if you don't manage your availability accordingly you can get a little burnt out

management is manipulative and does not care about you at all. it's fine for the servers at least they make good money to put up with it buy backserving? expect maximum disrespect and no appreciation after working 12 hours and only making 100 dollars. do not back server here. not worth it. they even lowered hourly from 8 to minimum wage. L. O. L.
