Pros

The R1 and AM are nice

Cons

Executive level is closed door when it comes to asking questions and getting feedback. Training is a little to non existence. Expectation is unreasonable with the training they provide. Employees go week to week afraid they’re going to loose their job.

Pros

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Cons

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.
