Some of the employees and few office staff

Cons

HR is a joke she hardly ever is at work, treats people horribly, and talks to employees like an abusive mother. Owner of Jaygroup was informed many times and never did anything about it. Your just a number there, the people that worked for the company the longest were all eventually terminated.

Pros

Jay is a very well thought out individual, and a leader in the loyalty space. What I liked most was how he didn't gauge success on money, rather the amount of impact his strategies had for the clients.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any.

Not a lot of business structure to the organization.
