The new leadership is entirely focused on profits, while maintaining the veneer of a "nonprofit". Upper management is condescending and greedy, talking down to hourly employees while earning paychecks roughly equivalent to their yearly salaries. Two weeks ago they announced we made a very large amount of "profit" (their own word)[We were given a number but I am not sharing it for fear of retaliation]. This week they announced a round of layoffs that cut 20% of an entire team, with seemingly no eye towards job performance. Benefits and career opportunities have been steadily declining, as has the focus on the concepts that define us as a non-profit.
