Pros

Great People to work with. Great hours, if you want to work 50-60. Time and a half after 40.

Cons

Children are difficult to deal with at times. Harassed, verbally, physically abused. Did not feel safe in the environment, with only 2 days of being trained in CPI.

Excellent benefits A lot of extra money if you want overtime Supportive co-workers Good upward mobility if you work days

Cons

Difficult to get holidays off Essential work, so you're stuck if another shift is late Higher ups feel disconnected from the program itself Awful upward mobility if you work nights
