Variety of tasks, not sitting at a desk all day

Cons

requires a lot of driving, sometimes it is difficult to fit all priorities in limited time frame (work day). Supervisors sometimes changed work hours on ADP time program without employee permission. Some over time hours I was not compensated for because of this.

Excellent benefits A lot of extra money if you want overtime Supportive co-workers Good upward mobility if you work days

Cons

Difficult to get holidays off Essential work, so you're stuck if another shift is late Higher ups feel disconnected from the program itself Awful upward mobility if you work nights
