I have been working with The LDM Group for almost 1 year and love the team! The CEO and VP of Operations provide open communication, so you always know what's going on. The other teammates are friendly and helpful. Everyone works together to provide the best support possible.

Coming from a large fortune 500, its refreshing to work with a small business that promotes team collaboration and career growth. I foresee a long-term future with this organization and excited about my future. Great work-life balance!

Due to COVID, not having to work in a "normal" office environment with my colleagues to foster solid professional relationships is in my opinion a con, however, LDM hosts virtual meetings to fill the gaps.
