The kids are what kept me there for almost two years. I love them all and it was a privilege to watch them grow.
Cons
Where to start. First of all, the management was terrible. It was very clear they were in it for the money. Classrooms were way over ratio to the point where babies had to be in a buggy all day long and rotated out for naps and bottles. Kids were constantly moved into rooms for other ages to stay in ratio, so teachers didn't always know who they had in their care because it was always different. Also, a lot of the kids weren't developmentally ready for the room they moved up to, but had to move up so they could bring in even more kids. The owner yelled at employees regularly for things out of their control. Staff had to use a clip chart management system that is ineffective and shame based. Teachers yelled at toddlers and preschoolers regularly and in front of other students. The turnover rate was CRAZY. I worked there nearly two years and saw people go in and out in like 2 months. Stay away.
