The management was so back and forth. There was always hoops to jump through that we’re constantly moving and on fire. They cared more for being “ tour ready” than the actual kids learning and having fun. Had to be glued to the iPad for the assessments, pictures, lesson planning and posting. I felt like it was more about looks and parents receiving updates than actually caring for the children. At one point there were 26 children in one 2.5 year old class and they found no issue with it until the new director came in and finally fixed it. There would be mass texts on how they appreciated us but never there when we needed help or support. I came in to a class that was in such disarray with no training or anything but shadowing for TWO DAYS. They threw me and another new girl together and tried to hope for the best with no training or anything. The class also didn’t have a steady teacher for the year, we did what we could. They gave us no time to prep/assess/ plan for as much as we needed to. They moved teachers around so much at the drop of a hat you never knew where you were going.
