Disappointing - Teacher The Learning Experience Employee Review

You are treated like an idiot thats just there to fill space. Constantly being thrown from room to room where you don’t even know the children and are expected to meet ridiculous high standards. They keep adding kids and losing staff so all the rooms are over filled, and not by one or 2- more like 5-10 over at times! and with mixed age groups because they are desperate. Half the children also have severe delays, disabilities, etc and while thats not the fault of the center- there is no support with them and you are expected to be ok with that and thrive.. They also attack us teachers and no one cares. i have cried here. then they get mad when kids are fighting and throwing chairs as if the situation is anything close to normal. You are bad mouthed if you try and advocate for yourself and are always asked to do more, stay longer, have a shorter break, etc none of which is compensated. No one comes to clean the place so your on your own with that. and they still have the nerve to say the teachers are the problem.
