      Pros

      Great company everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Management is very helpful in helping you succeed and making sure you understand your role. For benefits there are a lot of different options to select from.

      Cons

      Benefits cost quite a bit but the coverage is pretty good. Not sure if it is a pro or con but the 401K matches 4% after the first two years of employment and only 50% up to 4% the first two years of employment.

      It’s a small/medium company so the culture is great. They have cool benefits besides insurance

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
