Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, fairly flexible with back office team.

Cons

Severlely understaffed in the back office, management by e-mail, little to no training for many of the back office jobs. Corproate culture is sterile, there seems to be an "old boys club" mentality in place. Company seems to be stuck in the 80's in the sense of management mentality. Not modern at all.

Pros

I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.

Cons

Some benefits could definitely be more competitive
