      Pros

      Sometimes there is a lot of work and sometimes you have a lot of down time. The down time can get boring, but they don't get on you for watching youtube on those days.

      Cons

      Working from home is not possible. Also, they have strange job titles to suit their government contract. I have been a programmer here for 4 years, but my job title is "Technical Specialist". Typical corporation that uses any reason to justify a lack of a good raise. Record profits for the company this year and very few people saw much of an increase. New arbitrary rules every year from both the DoS and MIL that negatively affect morale and don't really serve a clear purpose other than somebody's whim.

      It’s a small/medium company so the culture is great. They have cool benefits besides insurance

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.

      Some benefits could definitely be more competitive
