Pros

Teams work pretty well together and smart people make themselves available as really solid resources.

Cons

Extremely "process improvement" oriented, even at the expense of doing actual work. Top level managers delegate to the point where they DO very little, but advance their own careers while giving little recognition (verbal or financial) to the people actually doing the work. Negotiate your salary HARD at the beginning because "raises" are few and far between, even if you get a promotion. Top down communication is terrible.

Pros

I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
