      - occasional company lunches and events - 'swag' bag goodies - free coffee - lots of walking if you want to count that as a pro.

      Cons

      - no structure - lazy people can get away with laziness - uncompetitive salary - no growth - coworkers become supervisors pet and don't have to do work - management won't fire people that don't do work and collect paychecks - sketchy coworkers - coworker gossip and rumors - no teamwork - everyone's raises are the same no matter how much work you do - no ability to telework - no option to work other shift times since other priorities come first - smartbenefits does not even cover 50% of metro expenses

      It’s a small/medium company so the culture is great. They have cool benefits besides insurance

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
