      Pros

      Great if you have interest in anything regarding cybersecurity, and you'll be even better off if you have a networking background. Employs right out of college, so they didn't ask for any required work experience. You can self-task yourself as a junior...you'd think they'd put you through training 24/7, but we've only received 2 weeks of formal training, which led to certification exams. Pass your exams and get your security clearance, if you're into a laid back environment, this is for you!

      Cons

      Lack of communication--if you don't continuously ask "What's next?" no one will tell you. Find a passion on your own and study for it. Find exams you want to pass and earn yourself some certifications a.k.a. "street cred." You won't get much help on career paths/choices, but always ask!!! It's an extension of college until you are tasked on a government contract, but don't hold your breath as a junior.

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
