      Good environment to learn for anyone who chooses to be focused and diligent about putting forth the effort to professionally learn the ropes on their project/project site. MIL is very versatile in terms of the project work that they do, which provides a fair amount of opportunity when compared to most in the government contracting industry. The amount of training that is offered is second to none. MIL's track record for rewarding those who put forth the effort is decent..

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
