      Pros

      Very flexible working environment and for the most part, great people. Interesting work and they offer a great service to the Department of State.

      Cons

      No accountability for team members who are not pulling their weight. Brought to management attention and no action taken on their part. Pay is low for the work performed, and the certifications required for the job are irrelevant once you start working.

      It’s a small/medium company so the culture is great. They have cool benefits besides insurance

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
