      The MIL Corporation pays competitive Industry salaries regardless of your location and is invested in your personal growth. Work life balance is prioritized and your time is valued. I would recommend this company to anyone as an excellent place to work.

      Cons

      With a company size of around 850 employees the ability to move laterally to other roles or even vertically is limited. This isn't a big deal for some, but for those who like change or have the drive to climb the corporate ladder quickly a larger company may be better suited.

      Pros

      I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
