Inclusive atmosphere. Friendly co workers that promote growth within your job. They also welcome you to change job titles to fit your wants.

Cons

Stagnant. They operate as a small business which is good in some ways and bad in others. Some upper management officials do not understand their roles and responsibilities which makes them make other individuals do their job for them.

I’ve been with MIL for 4 years now, and it’s been such a rewarding journey so far. Funny enough, I originally found the company through Glassdoor, so writing this review feels very full circle. What started as a very specific corporate role has evolved into much more project-based work than I ever expected to be doing here. One of the things I appreciate most is being able to openly share ideas without fear of judgment. My supervisor has been incredibly supportive, and having leadership that genuinely listens has made a huge difference in both my growth and confidence. The flexibility of remote work, the trust I’m given, and the supportive environment are some of the biggest positives for me. The work-life balance has also been excellent, which has made it possible to continue growing professionally while still prioritizing my family and personal life.
