Reached out for an interview within a week and was offered the position within the following week. I rarely interacted with Metis directly; rather, the team I was contracted to determined my workload and schedule. That being said, the Metis staff was incredibly friendly and easy to reach and communicate with. GREAT pay! $40K for a lab tech was well above the average for San Antonio at the time.
Cons
Nothing major, really. I was expected to make trips between labs that would require 40 minutes of driving. I wasn't going to be compensated for this travel until I directly asked for it.
