You will not have work to go to, to earn money to stay clean to do labor or no labor because they don't guarantee hours however, do promise it at interview (not in writing.) When It rains even a passing shower they are not prepared with investment in equipment like a street heater to continue so no work, no pay. I said a a lot more on my last review but it was removed/or not posted so I am saying point blank to get you to understand this company does not care about you.
