Pros

Learning environment like no other. The majority of things I know in IT I solely attribute to working at The Missing Link. There was also a bonus scheme, loading money onto a prepaid credit card which was a nice incentive. Very friendly and easy going learning environment, where one can liaise with the senior engineers when working on an issue to learn and hone one's skills. Provided fruit and drinks and breakfast. Team building exercises. Company outings. I'd definitely return here if given an opportunity for reasonable pay.

Cons

Getting to Artarmon proved difficult, especially with the very minimal parking. Pay was absolutely woeful. Certain members of management (who are no longer in charge) were particularly unhelpful and borderline abusive.
