Pros

The office environment is professional but relaxed and the people at TML are unlike anywhere else I have worked. Management are supportive and flexible, employees are asked for input/ideas/opinions about the business, so it makes you feel like an important and valued part of the team. Career progression is encouraged and management support individual development.

Cons

Artarmon office is a little out of the way for those living in the CBD (but still easy to get to via public transport or car).
