Pros

Having been here for over 10 years, I have seen this company grow from 20 people to over a hundred. Over that time I have experienced amazing leadership and support , all whilst working around incredible people. Management has an open door policy along with fantastic communication around the business, there are surveys that get sent out so we have a chance to voice anything of concern and management not only listen, but act upon things. There is plenty of incentives for hard workers, and they take their culture seriously. Monthly BBQs/lunches, quarterly staff events (including a ridiculously fun Christmas Party), free breakfasts, occasional after work drinks etc. It's very much a "family" and everyone is supportive of each other. You give as good as you get, if you immerse yourself in the culture and work hard, you will get a lot out of this company as I have done. They like to promote within to those who work hard. Would recommend this place to anyone. Best place I have ever worked, hence why I am still here.

Cons

If I had to choose something to put here, it would be the limited food options around Artarmon, but I usually bring my own lunch anyway so doesn't really bother me.
