Good job not much opportunity in the region

Not much opportunity for advancement

The only positive I can say about this position was the team of woman in the group.

The management was horrible. The woman wouldn't and didn't listen to any suggestions her team had to improve the department. She would talk right over you when you were talking to her and just say "That's the way it is". The position itself was basically doing every other departments job on top of was required to do for the actual position. This is a high turnover position.
