Pros
The pay is competitive - I believe this compensates for the undesirable conditions of work environment, but it makes it sting less when you're paid well. Colleagues - great people on the team, good intentions and skill set willing to help each other out however possible. Training- great on-boarding and training process that truly prepares you for the day to day and what to expect moving forward.
Cons
Indecisive leadership - too many people who are not willing or ready to move forward with the current centuries best practices. There is also too much self created red tape for simple issues that could be resolved if competent professionals were in place and allowed to do the job. Lack of cohesion - there is no interdepartmental respect and it is very clear in your daily interactions.
